The Sphere Accelerator Program is a transformational 8-week course designed to support established (or aspiring) women and nonbinary entrepreneurs in transforming their ideas into sustainable, scalable businesses.

Built on the Mindshift Business Blueprint Program, this hybrid intensive provides hands-on guidance in leadership development, marketing, sales, financial management, etc. Additionally, it’s followed by three months of cohort-based mentoring.

Participants will gain access to expert mentors, peer support, and practical tools, ensuring long-term business success. With tailored programming that addresses inclusive leadership and resilience-building, the Sphere Accelerator fosters an entrepreneurial ecosystem where innovation and community will thrive.

SPRING ACCELERATOR

Accepted applicants will be notified no later than March 28th.

*First and last sessions are at our Sphere Innovation Lab. The rest will be online.
Any woman or nonbinary entrepreneur of western Massachusetts with an active or upcoming business is welcome to apply.

FALL ACCELERATOR

Tuesdays from September 9th - October 28th*, 2025

Enrollment ends August 2nd, 2025.
Accepted applicants will be notified no later than August 11th.

All applications will be reviewed by the review committee and 12 applicants will be selected per cohort. Every applicant will be notified via email whether they were or were not accepted into the cohort.

Meet Your Facilitators

Kasey Corsello

Kasey Corsello, PCC, is an integrative life and entrepreneur coach focused on cultural competency and resilience. She helps entrepreneurs overcome burnout, stress, and overwhelm by addressing internal barriers and using emotional intelligence and neuroscience. A TEDx speaker, ICF-certified coach, educator, and co-founder of the Mindshift Business Blueprint Program, Kasey supports clients in shifting from surviving to thriving.

Dee Dice

Dee Dice is a serial entrepreneur and independent business consultant. She began selling cross-country skis in college and has since run several businesses.
Currently, she helps organizations with development, offers one-on-one consulting, and leads workshops. Certified with Constant Contact and LIVEPLAN, she particularly enjoys helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses.

Oriana Falkowski

Oriana Falkowski's mission is to help Latinas redefine their relationship with money, empowering them to manage their finances in a way that aligns with their values and supports an intentional life for themselves and their families.

Becca King

Becca is the owner and operator of Aurora Small Business Consulting, a data analytics and strategy consultancy serving small local businesses. With nearly 10 years of corporate experience, Becca has brought her focus to enriching local communities by strengthening small businesses. She is a firm believer that data is for everyone and uses it as the foundation for creative and uniquely suited solutions for each project she embarks on.
