That’s exactly why we created the Sphere Elevate Accelerator, launching mid-January at The Sphere Innovation Lab.

What Is the Sphere Elevate Accelerator?

The Sphere Elevate Accelerator is a six-week, hybrid leadership and systems program designed specifically for established business owners who are ready to move from operator to owner.

This is not an idea-stage program. It’s for founders who already have traction—and now want to strengthen their leadership, planning, and financial systems so growth feels sustainable instead of overwhelming.

Over six weeks, participants will:

• Strengthen leadership mindset 
• Clarify priorities and planning rhythms
• Identify and address key growth constraints (people, process, or profit)
• Receive one-on-one coaching and mentorship
• Learn alongside a small, accountable peer cohort

The program blends virtual sessions with in-person gatherings at The Sphere Innovation Lab in Florence, MA, creating space for both deep focus and meaningful connection.

Who This Program Is For

The Sphere Elevate Accelerator is intentionally small and highly curated—limited to just five participants.

This program is a strong fit if you:

• Are ready to shift from doing everything to leading with systems and delegation
• Have a clear growth challenge you want to tackle
• Value peer accountability and honest coaching
• Align with The Sphere’s women- and nonbinary-forward community

Eligibility Requirements

To apply, you must:

• Have 5+ years in operation (or equivalent traction)
• Be a registered Massachusetts business in good standing
• Have active revenue in the last 12 months with access to financial data
• Commit to attending all six weekly sessions, the final showcase, and 1ish hour of homework each week
• Be the owner and decision-maker (this is not a program to delegate to staff)

• January 13 (in-person)
• January 20 (virtual)
• January 27 (virtual)
• February 3 (virtual)
• February 10 (virtual)
• February 17 (in-person)
• Final Showcase: February 24

The first session, final session, and showcase will be held in person at The Sphere Innovation Lab. All other sessions will be virtual.

Who’s Facilitating

The accelerator is facilitated by two lead learners Dee Dice and Kasey Corsello, experienced leaders who bring both strategic insight and grounded, real-world business perspective. 

The curriculum will be shaped by pre-assessment data, ensuring the experience meets the cohort exactly where they are—no generic templates, no one-size-fits-all approach.
