The Sphere Rental Space (located at 82 Maple Street) is a vibrant, welcoming venue open to the public to rent for a minimum of three hours or up to a full day. We’ve hosted networking meetings, personal celebrations, and business collaboration endeavors. This modern rental space is perfect for a small group of 6 or can comfortably hold a large group of up to 50.
The space offers a variety of seating, heating & cooling, fridge and microwave, and a wide variety of tech accessories. Multiple bathrooms onsite for guests. Rain or shine, this space is sure to impress your gathering group and provide the perfect space for your next event.

The cost to rent the Sphere Rental Space is $65/hour*, with a 3-hour minimum, and a $50 cleaning fee.
Additionally we offer add-ons including:
- Speaker and microphone: $50
- Smart TV on wheels: $50
- Additional tables and chairs: $25
- Lighting kit: $25
*Existing Coworking membership members can save $30 on the minimum rental.
Yes! Though our nonprofit mission is to support woman and nonbinary business folx in western Massachusetts, our physical space on Maple St is available to rent by any person or organization.
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent the space.
All rentals must occur between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm.
All days of the week are available to reserve, depending upon availability.
At maximum the space can hold 50 adults. With the standard rental price that includes seating for up to 28. Additional seats and tables may be provided for an additional fee.
There is a parking lot behind the coworking space that you can access from Meadow Street (closer to the Florence Civic and Business Association). Other options include the street parking (non-metered!) on Maple Street (watch for limit signs). There is also street parking within a short walk on Center Street, Pine Street, and Park Street.
At this time we do not allow pets on the premise during private rentals. Children are allowed, assuming of course, they are accompanied with the adults renting the space.
Yes you may bring in outside food and utilize the on-site fridge and microwave.
We ask that post-event you be sure to take any personal food items or containers you may have placed in the fridge home with you.
Smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use is not permitted inside the facility at anytime.
We do not allow loud parties that may otherwise disturb our neighboring businesses on Maple Street, like bachelor or bachelorette parties.
Alchohol is allowed, however, large kegs or high volume of alchohol will not be permitted.
We do not allow glitter. Seriously, no glitter.
A cancellation more than 30 days in advance of the scheduled event is eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations between 7 and 30 days are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the event are non-refundable.
